The art of process improvement considers the end user. In the case of project management for clinical trials, the end user is both the client and trial site.
Often, this is the most difficult and agonizing part of the outsourcing experience. Communication between sponsor and project team is critical to the success of the clinical trial. With that in mind, CNI strives to provide a level of service that will make the experience a satisfying one. Should a client decide to outsource the entire project team, CNI will provide the skill and efficiency to meet study timelines.
Because every clinical trial is a team effort, CNI provides a team approach. The team conducts regular assessments of study progress. Referred to as the “Pulse Method of Management” – with a finger constantly on the ‘pulse’ of the project, managing timelines, deadlines, and expectations occurs in real time.
