My background
I draw from over 30 years of experience in research medicine with a recent focus in neurology. Through my career I've worked extensively with the U.S. Military and corporate America. I am a serial entrepreneur, public speaker, and serve in many mentoring roles for emerging entrepreneurs and leaders. My formal training as a Coach includes Life, Leadership, and Wellbeing certifications. Through a dynamic career of risks, rewards, and failures, my coaching style is a unique and direct approach that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus.
My Approach
Every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. In pursuit of that life, we frequently get bogged down with limiting beliefs and a hypercritical inner voice that just gets louder the longer it goes unmanaged. These inner conversations create our 'Personal Operating System'. My approach is centered around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. Effectively and efficiently, our work will allow you to rewrite your Personal Operating System. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to identify, explore, and revise old rules that stand in between the life they have and the one they truly want. With a personalized and functional system, the desired outcomes manifest.
